What We DidWeblinx was first commissioned by Denny Plastics for SEO back in 2009. Back then, the client had literally no rankings and couldn’t be found anywhere for any of the search terms they wanted to be found for. During our inspection of the website, we found that the site lacked title and meta data on a lot of the pages, something that needed to be changed for search engine optimisation. Our experienced team began optimising the site, focusing on the page titles and meta data of the pages where they were lacking. We complimented this by integrating the keywords throughout the pages using h1s and h2s. The content was optimised using keyword targeted internal links. This was to strengthen the SEO presence on the site. To ensure that the client retained their rankings, we implemented an in depth external linking strategy. As part of the offsite SEO, we carried out directory submissions and article submissions to top sites, always ensuring that the links gained were relevant to the pages on the client’s site. As a result of our efforts, Denny Plastics are now on the first page in Google for over 80% of their target keywords. |
